My primary concern is always my clients. I limit myself to working on no more than a 12 active clients at any time , so I can be sure to have a sufficient amount of time to focus on each and every one of them. I do not have an assistant. I am personally involved in every single aspect of each client’s transaction, from beginning to end. I want it that way. So, it is a matter of math. On average, I work approximately sixty hours every week. If I have a dozen clients, that means I can dedicate (on average) five hours every week to each client… if I have thirty clients, I can devote two hours per week. It just isn’t enough time to fulfill my responsibilities to my clients with the kind of quality they should receive. By doing things myself, I can be absolutely certain of the care my clients receive.
When you read my testimonials you will find a common theme – my clients understand I am dedicated to them.
They understand they are my priority when they call me and I either answer the phone when they call, or I return their call within 15-20 minutes; when they text and I respond within a matter of minutes; when they need an answer to a question and I give it to them when they asked, or I get them the answer within an hour or two… or when they ask if I can get them into see a house this week – and I get them in the house THAT SAME DAY.
My clients know how hard I work when they receive an email or text at 2:00 AM… they understand how hard I work to make the process easier when I send them the listing file for a property (MLS sheet, the disclosures, the tax records, etc) one or two days in advance of a showing – so they can prepare to visit a property in advance, rather than trying to read the disclosure as we walk around the home during the showing.
They understand how much I care about THEM when we are doing our 35th showing – like Krystal S and Mike B. (See testimonials)
I am a Zillow Premier Agent. It is not an inexpensive proposition. I make the investment to ensure my listings receive excellent treatment on the website… and to ensure area Buyers can find me.
Earlier today (6/1/17) I received a phone call from a woman who thought I was the listing broker for a specific property she found on Zillow. She informed me she had contacted her REALTOR to schedule a showing for this property for the last 2 or 3 days… she had left several messages and the REALTOR hadn’t responded to her. She asked ME to show her the house. I explained I couldn’t assist her, since I am not the listing broker and she was under contract with another REALTOR. She asked me to show it to her anyway. I explained I could not do so because it would be contrary to out REALTOR Code of Ethics for me to do so.
The one thing I can promise my clients is this: you will NEVER be in the position that REALTOR placed that Buyer in. If you are MY client, you will be treated with special attention and great care. Just read my testimonials on this site… and/or my reviews on Zillow. I take extraordinary pride in my work… it is a labor of love for me.
There is a reason I run a boutique brokerage… so that you will receive the attention and care you deserve. THAT is my promise to you…
