Broker-Owner Jeffrey Brown always makes client service his top priority. He is a former private and public sector manager and professional negotiator, and his experiences taught him The Golden Rule: make your client’s needs your top priority. And he practices that maxim every day. Jeff has extensive experience, education and training in negotiations (including certification from the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation). After earning his B.A. from Bowdoin College in ME and an M.P.P. from The Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore, MD, he went into public service (as a municipal manager) and then private business (managing a law firm and a financial services company) before becoming a professional negotiator. When he found the organizational priorities frequently conflicted with – and outweighed – client services, he determined he should start a business where he could establish his own priorities… well, ONE priority, actually: client service, above all else. The real estate profession provides him with such freedom. He purposely limits himself to no more than a dozen clients at any time, so that he can be readily available to his clients and devote the requisite time to managing their interests. Beyond his prowess in negotiations, he possesses outstanding analytical and communication skills, and is eager to put those talents to work for you.
